Since he's only pulling 1/2 assed jobs in all these countries, the person who gets voted in at the 2004 election (let's face it, I bet by the time the elections begin Bush's approval rating will be shit) will have a huge burden on their shoulders. heheh interesting theory...one in which I think would be funny as hell, but probably not true, since the dems have yet to strengthen their platform/solidarity.
