hi!what will you do in my case if you suffering from insomnia and you cant sleep at all even when you go to bed and simply your eyes isnt closing?any ideas?

i used to suffer from insomnia...got hooked on sleeping pills for awhile :/....this was when i used to go out mon-sun NON STOP...NO JOKE...i worked at clubs here in nyc fri and sat..partied like there was no tomorrow..so basically that equaled to NO SLEEP...but now...took up some responsibilities...have a job that i have to wake up to at 6 am :/ ..so the more sleep that i can get ..the better

when you go to a shrink (as opposed to a therapist), you don't have to really "talk" about why you can't sleep or get into details. you just go in there and say you can't sleep and have anxiety (always exaggerate) and you'll be outta there in 10 min with more prescriptions than you can count. they're just trying to get paid.
