my ex has been traumatizing me for months. he is out of my life now. the only time i see him is when he pops up on a message board or i see his picture when my friends post pics from going out. or when his girlfriend posts on my board. and is pisses me off to no end. i hold it in and i convince myself that i have to deal but then i get nightmares about it. in one dream his girlfriend showed up when i was out and spit on me and i screamed get the fuck out of my life and ran trying to get away from them. and the other he was in it and just wouldnt go away. i hate it. i have moved on in my life and i care so much about my current boyfriend and yet i cant peacefully forget they exist. i feel so helpless and i hate it.

seeing that you are physically reloating soon, i think that problem should be solved shortly, shouldn't it?

i hope so. i had bad dreams at the last full mood actually. i think the relocation should help. it will also cut me off from my friends. but if the internet causes me a lot of this stress it might not help all that much.

i hope so. it has already been 8 months. the nightmares didnt start until recently.
