sounds like you have a problem there sir ..
send it back, and if it is under warranty, get a new one ..

Look in the instruction book and make sure you have the button for the LCD screen on. Most have a port to plug in a CRT and you can switch between the two. If that doesn't work, hit the salesman you bought it from on the f*cking head with it.

or......send it back because it has to be on warranty after 3 weeks

Oh, I forgot. Make sure the brightness is turned up on the LCD screen. You can check that after you hit the f*cking salesman in the head with it.
