Hmm, this is quite the pickle, I know the first 4 tracks are right, dont know about the fifth, but after annihilate the unknown track comes on, and then the song after that has lyrics like "close your eyes....use your mind....get ready to explode...." dunno of thats lemon 8, but yea, perhaps its Carissa Mondavi - Solid Ground (Fade Vocal Dub)???
