Van or van?
This question has been on my mind for a few years now (thread title should attract PvD and Armin fans )...I just never got around to asking it LoL.
What is the proper way to type "van" as in Paul van Dyk or Armin van Buuren? Is the van supposed to be capitalized or lower case? Cause I know I always see PvD but rarely PVD...then when his full name is spelled out I see it both ways, same goes for Armin. So what is the correct way? I always keep it lowercase...

Yep lower case. You get a similar thing with scottish surnames, such as mine
