A LONG while ago, i got this desktop theme named Techno. It had 2 sounds that i really liked and i've been trying to find out what the name of the song was but i don't know where to start.

If those 3 second clips are they only "parts" of the song you have then I would theorize that they might not even be part of a song at all. It sounds to me like someone just created these quick sound effects with a "techno feel" to them.

If you like the sound of them that much, might I suggest you produce a track based on them...

That would be nice if i had the equipment but i don't. Also, the rest of the sounds i've heard before. I've heard some of them in A Night At The Roxbury movie so i'd assume that those have a track to em
