The strings sound really great, quality stuff. The lead however hits some notes that dont agree with me. Like there's no order to it, you should design a melody with phrases in mind, ask a question for the first half of it, and then answer it in the second half of it.

The arp part of the mp3 sounds really really nice too but again hits some notes that i don't exactly like.

Your melody definitly sounds out of tune.. the arp is cool at 105... awesome bass.. fix the higher melody at 0:35 and it would sound really good.

Maybe instead of making the strings stabby in the beginning, lower them a few octaves and use them as a softer pad for a chord backing? From 1:00 on out, the track rocks, and it feels like the high string stabs just cheapen the feel. I can't really see where they'd make a return either.

Or ya could just take them out completely.
