I heard this song (Mark Oliver spun it last weekend at the guvernment in toronto)
I am pretty sure the citar in the song was from Within You Without You a George Harrison composition on SGT Peppers by the beatles
The lyrics repeated had something concerning "dreams" in it too

Maybe it wasnt the beatles, on second thought, but it had citar, an indian/middle eastern tinge to it, and it DID have to do with dreams
