I can relate to that.
I'd say I'm not sick of trance, just the formulaic buildup/breakdown/sawlead-formula stuff... I want innovations, something different.

yes, that's my case, i just can't listen to anything that starts out with a generic 4/4 beat that later must evolve... it's all the same...

minimalist stuff is what's good... no buildups!

one of the first time i would agree with you

im sick of that, trance will die if producers wouldnt do some innovations, it's just when does they start with it because its maybe hard to start with it because everybody will look at you what did YOU do?

That's not ambient.

Resistance D - Low Signal
JFC - Strange New World
Monolake - Ice
Choice - Acid Eiffel
KLF - Space/Chill Out
Anything from Tangerine Dream and Pete Namlook's Fax label
DNTEL - Life Is Full Of Possibilities
Plaid - Sincetta
Atmo.Brtschitsch - Image

That's various shades of ambient for you whiskers. Go buy the respective artists' albums if you like em.
