I think you're right. Then why is The Guvernment calling their upcoming party NYE 2004??? I don't know. I guess it depends if you look at it with foresight or hindsight. *shrugs*

After hours and hours of thinking (smoke fuming from my brain) I agree. Someone email the guvernment for the typo in their NYE promotion.

NYE in Toronto has been brutal for the last like 1000 years.
