where did the name for PVD's Politics Of Dancing come from ...

I've been thinking about this for a year now. I discovered this retro song called "Politics Of Dancing" by Re-Flex (who did some techno as well), and this track is great!!! Especially the lyrics, fabulous clever idea ... very interesting. But did Paul Van Dyk name his CD for this song? Your opinions / facts?
