Which is the cheapest and best sound card out there with a Digital Coaxial input?.....(not an optical one)

The M-Audio 66 has a digital coax for S/PDIF transfers. It's about $300 USD so it's probably not the cheapest but it is definitly one of the best!

some cheap soundblasters have coaxial input. you should find one that is under 50€/50$ as i found a soundcard that has optical in- and outputs for 44€!
