Sample Rate Stuff

I was wondering how to change the Buffer Rate, Not the Sample rate. Ive got the sample rate at 44.1 khz and I need to change the Buffer rate, like yah can in fruity

Ive been told elsewhere I have to do it via soundcard options or someshits
