I bought my M3d pitch fader replacement part online for 30$ and replaced the faulty part myself...I put the M3D pitch replacement into my other sl1200Mk2 Turntable. The Mk2 pitch fader replacement part costs 20$. I did a search on www.google.com for 'technics pitch replacement' and some sites popped up...
I dont remember the the site I bought it off of, but it was really easy to replace... if you know about electronics and how to solder electronic crap together.
The entire process from ripping the part out and pluggin in the new part took about 20 minutes....
