I have an "Original Extended Mix" of Universal Nation on mp3 which is just over 10 mins long, and has a kind of vocal in it - some guy talking about half way through. And, yes, it definitely is Universal Nation, not a mislabelled mp3.

yes ofcourse it has that little "attack formation" sample and the "wooo", but i assume when people say vocal version, they mean actual sung vocals
Wasn't there a vocal version of Universal Nation "bootlegged" and sold without Mike's permission?? I remember a scandalous story like that here here like two or three years ago.. ;(
