Promo mailing lists are hard to come by. You have to play out regularly for a start. And then most of what you get is utter crap anyways. But that is the only way you will get onto a list like that.
Sorry that there is no other way.
If you do play out regularly I can give you a few contact details, just send me a PM. Make sure you can back it up if you play out as they do check.

Unfortunately I'm still an amateur DJ (meaning bedroom and parties here and there). It's just that I need CD's and I don't want to play my downloaded mp3, and CD's are really expensive in stores. I figured it would save me some money to get on a promo list.
Oh well...i gues i'll jsut start saving money.

I don't think you will find much trance from them, but they have a lot of mainstream music and are a source used by club DJs who do the conventional music. They have some UK and Euro club and "underground" music that looks interesting. Their CDs are not free, I think you can buy them individually and on a subscription, and they have music video DVDs.
Maybe if you were using them your name might get onto other promo lists that would be free.
I think you are licensed to play their music in public places, which is probably not true of a regular CD or vinyl you buy in a store.
