must be hard dude, my friend is almost a pack a day smoker and he's been trying to quit for awhile now (bout 2 years)

Usually its when we're drunk that he has deep philosophical thoughts about life and he says "thats it im quitting for good now, i gotta live my life to the fullest..blah blah blah" whatever

Good luck, try to stick with it, youll feel a lot better as time goes on

quit 6 months ago

its fucking easy to quit, after the first week thats it. your quit

get them nicorette patches, they are fucking great - i couldnt have done it without them!

sometimes it's not so much the craving for nicotine that gets to you, but also the actual action of smoking. my friend quit by chewing on straws (although he looked like an idiot sometimes trying to smoke a straw), but it worked for him. the pysical addiction sucks, but the mental addiction can often be worse.

i completely agree!
quit if you don't enjoy it anymore...
i quit smoking...but i still have one if i feel like it...no one's stopping me but myself
(cuz you know cigarettes are crucial when drinking, after sex, and when you're extremely stressed out or just had a fight with someone...)
