Unhappy I got a problem with my Technics Turntables

I buyed 2 technics MK 2 turntables earlier and I've got a problem with one of them.

The Tonearm doesn't move that easy like on the other turntable which has a bad effect on playing a vinyl. The needle can't spring over and so the same loop is being played over and over again. If the Tonearm would move "smoother" (I hope that's the right word) the needle could jump over and play it right. But that's the point. I don't know how to fix it, I guess the problem lies below that circle, on which the tonarm is connected to.

I don't know how to say it right, but I hope you have understood my problem. How can I fix it? Perhaps it can be solved with some oil, but I'm not sure, I hope one of you out there had this experience before. I hope you can help me!

check the anti-skate.
maybie if its turned up all the way its holding your arm stiff.

other than that if the problem consists bring it to a dealer. how old are your pair? still under warrenty i hope. if it is just bring it in, cuz if u try to fix it and u dont they may bitch about how you messed it up (u know how dealers can be). the one great thing about my technics is how smooth the arm moves -- so i would def check ito it.

Yes, thank you for the answer. Also other people suggested me to bring it to a dealer, and that's what I'm going to do. I hope it will be fine soon. I don't think it has something to do with the anti skate, I already checked it. Thanks for the info mate!
