kick is to low, lacks power.
clap is ugly, imo, lacks reverb, and don't like the loop.
as cheggy said this lacks base, and useually base is what gives a track a dancing drive i think.
intro is a bit long and boring same synth over and over and takes to long i say.
the break: the synth(detuned one think it is or unsion) don't like the way the volume is automated.
i like the way you bring up the main synth, is very sudden and i like that.
the melody is not bad. not so keen about the crash, don't like the sample. not sharp enough.
add a base is very important in a trance track i think. make the intro a bit intresting and some percussion change should do it.

. I like the way you enter the lead in the 2:00 mark but add some delay to it. In the 6:08 mark sounds to sudden the way you stop pretty much everything (you could use filter here).
