I need help identifying this unknown song. I think its from the 1980's but I am not sure.

I posted a song sample. Sorry for the bad quality, I had to reduce the quality in order to shrink it down to the maximum size allowed.

has anyone had any trouble downloading the song that i posted?

when i try to download it, it downloads as a playlist and I cannot play it in winamp.
