lifeguard for the town pools, fuckin love it
not as good during the winter at the indoor pool, but man during the summer
all of a sudden rainy days are like the best thing in the world
gettin payed 8 bucks an hour (and i should've been getting more, so next year i'm gettin a big ass raise) to sit inside and play boggle is fine with me
I work as a Shot girl downtown in a Club. It's great, except for my boss. He's the reason I'll be quitting. Hence the "Fkn hate it, it's living hell" vote.
I am a scenic carpenter. Work building theatre sets, trade show and retail displays, and a lot of interactve children's exhibits for museums and churches.
Work is ok. I like the company I am at right now, though I am not wanting to stay working a sa carpenter for the rest of my life.
Pay is pretty good too, I bring home about 500 a week.

I currently work for Daimler Chrysler/Mercedes Benz.
I am a Mechanical Administrator. I analyze common mechanical problems which sometimes create recalls. I also handle buyback claims. Anything that deals with car problems that are under warranty as well.
The pay is based on a flat rate of $18.50 an hour plus commission on audits. I also work my own hours which is nice.
I like my job except the fact that I have to rely on so many people who tend to flake. I hate teamwork as well as horny mechanics and service writers at dealerhsips.
Hopefully I'll get promoted to work for AMG, Mercedes' In-House Tuning company.
One thing I can't wait is that they are sending me to Germany for some workshops at the Mercedes Corp over there. Woohoo! Party time!

a girl who likes to work with cars...
omghi2u!
As i'm a student, i work as a customer service person at a Tesco's , which is a supermarket. Get £6.50 an hour to do very little work. The best work i've had was working in the Press/PR department of LAura Ashley which paid £8 an hour, and all i did was surf the net, haha
im an electrician. when its bad its bad, when its good its good. basic pay is decent, plus i can do my own jobs out of work hours and make my wages in a few days. advantage is a widely knowledgeable skill that can settle me for life. weekend work and mad hours sometimes required, night work, basically something of everything.
