Vlad Dzyatko, Russian, born in Nikolayev, Ukraine. During his schoolyears he was into music and basketball... His favourite artists were Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Telex, Alphaville, A-Ha,... Closer to the end of the 80's he was into acts like Adamski and KLF. He ended up studiying to be a teacher in history. But as you can imagine, he got more and more interested in dancemusic. In January 1992 he started working as a radio-dj at the first station that programmed techno/trance called "Radius" in his hometown. After the bankrupcy of this station it was taken over and renamed to "Radio S.E.T.". From 1994 Vlad started working in a production-studio, which lead to a release in 1995. This album was quite successfull on the local stations, but not strong enough to break through. Now he lives in St. Petersburg, where he works as a soundengineer. He also produces at home, that's where "Workafiction" was born!
