Many of the warez versions of CDRwin produce staticy CDs. Sorry, sounds like you need to get another version of CDRwin. I know many people who have had noisy CDs made using CDRwin cuz their cracked copy wasn't as cracked as they thought.

why do u need to use cdr win, download nero5 and i will give u the serial code for it, much better, and it converst mp3 to cda. Also maybe think about using Clone cd also good

after that
you can get serial to cdrwin\nero+++++++++++++++++++

and for those you uses cdrwin
use serial number
dont crack it
same with nero

s/n: 1777-7601-5747-1969-5122-1617 , but get hold of s2k, it will give u the serials for all the version, and a whole load of other stuff.
