The latest version of Fruity Loops has a feature (called Strumizer) that can generate a midi sequence that emulates the strumming of a stringed instrument (with regard to timing and velocity) and I was wondering; is there a VST plugin that can do the same?

Yes, technically it can be done by hand but it would be a lot more convenient to do at the click of a button .

Well... you could strum in FL, then export a midi, or even use fl itself as a vst instrument in your other sequencer..
