I think hard house is becoming more and more popular at least here. Check out http://www.nukleuz.com for the finest artists of that genre.

i agree i think Nick Sentience is definetely gonna rise to the top next year. He's done alot of great remixes this year and a few good tracks himself - "Freedom"

Cool

This year, the UK scene has been all about hard house, progressive and garage , next year the sounds of 99 are coming back... what im talking is major league style powerful trance, and the chilled sounds of the ibiza clubs. Dont get me wrong, hard house will be comin on strong still, but the trance scene is stealing the spotlight next year!!

My predictions on who is going to be recognised at last:

James Holden (ive been a big fan of his since i found horizons on white about a year an a half ago)

Psychobabble (Big mp3.com talent, just being recognised on the underground over here)

Joshua Ryan (im tellin u, as soon as 'pistolwhip' is released he is gonna be big big news!! good tune to find on napster .)

Mad Dogs (if uve heard 'better make room' you'll know what im talking about. big talent uncovered by timo maas, also most of their work is done with james holden :-D)

this time nxt year i hope ill be sayin "i told u so..."

peace ppl

Look for more remixes of classic 80's tunes & about the same level of garbage trance being released in 'compilations' to mass market everywhere...

Also look for sounds like those pumped out by Timo Maas & Mauro Picotto to get an even bigger following.

I too that Joshua Ryan's Pistolwhip is one wicked song, but it's quite old. I first heard it over a year ago, and I've been a fan of his ever since. Maybe it's because he's semi-local, he's from the LA scene, and I live in San Francisco. Here's a list of his works that I've collected if anybody has anything I'm missing please send it my way.

Joshua Ryan - Pistolwhip (Original Mix)
Joshua Ryan - Pistolwhip (James Holden Mix)
Joshua Ryan - Pistolwhip (Way Out West Mix)
Joshua Ryan - The Chase
Joshua Ryan - Thunderclap
Johsua Ryan - Don't Look Back (X-Cabs Mix)
Mocean Worker - Into Thin Air (Joshua Ryan Evaporation Dub)
X-Cabs - Neuro99 (Joshua Ryan Mix)

***These last few were pulled from mix cds if anybody has the complete vinyl rip please contact me***
Joshua Ryan vs. Doran - Unreal
Joshua Ryan - Don't Look Back (Paul Grogan Mix)
Cleveland Lounge - Drowning (Joshua Ryan Remix)
