Also I'd say that 1.06 version is a bit worse than the previous one,I mean it skips and I dunno why and the wave screen doesn't run as smooth as it does on version 1.0.
Anyway,I'd recommend it to try out cuzz the bpm counter works better.

the program detects the beats/bass better/clearer or what?
or it elimates those problems where one song runs faster than the other even if the bpm's are matched??

Ive d/l the patch to upadate Traktor but mines a copy, so it wont work is there any way round this.???

Try Winmx,u should be able to find some peeps sharing it.Just type in Traktor and there u will see 1.06 version.Btw I went back to the previous version cuzz 1.06 sucks ass.C 4 urself.
