i used to play rugby for school and club teams which meant i was playing or training around about four times a week, plus playing football/soccer with mates during the week, i also did a lot of gym work.
but over the past year and a half i've never played one game of rugby and near enuff every weekend i go out and drink to extremes so i'm looking for 2004 to be a detox year.
to answer your question no i'm not in shape.

I've always done a competition sport; football (8 years), and mountain bike (3 years). But since a year and a half my life is go to clubbing at weekend and study and work during the week, so I don't have time for doing any competition sport, sometimes I cycle or I play football and tennis matches with my friends but only sometimes. I voted so-so.
Meh I swim at least 3 times week go skimmin at least 3 time week too and lift weights
