....It's a manufacturing defect - Seaman, Ranaissance, and Ultra Records just fucked up bad. I bought the CD and it's the same with mine, and with all the 'Desire' CD's. A few songs are supposed to be merged or 'layered' over one another, but I think that's a bunch of crap! False advertising is false fucking advertising - period! If you want a supposedly 'correct' tracklisting, go to www.cduniverse.com and search for the CD. That might help you out. Also the recording levels on the first CD are totally screwed up.....and they seem to have done this with all the CD's. If you check out other people's reviews on amazon.com you'll read the same thing. I returned my copy for a refund - what a rip!
