All right I've had this in my head for the past couple days.

It's a girl vocal singing in a semi-high pitched voice that gets higher then lower. The part I remember goes like this:

I want it baaaack, I want it back again.

The singer stretches the word back and hits her highest note on that point then lowered her voice back to normal to sing "I want it back again."
