Smiley DJ First post, with lots of my favorite music! Take a peek!

*warning* *long assed first post!* (but plz read)

Hi, I am, and have been a hardcore trance addict since i was 16 years old (20 now, almost 21). I never really found i needed a source of trance info, because the napster chat channels were always full of people willing to help. Alas, Napster is no longer even a shadow of its former glory - and we are forced to look to new avenues to increase our trance knowledge. So, anyways -> this looks to be that place. Checked out some of the posts, looks like a good group here, and I'm looking forward to making a normal contribution!

Ok I'd also like to talk about some of my fave trance allstars (yea some would just barely fit into electronic beh)

<> - my lord this guy totally opened my eyes to a new style of trance, I had been stuck on oakenfold (great guy no doubt) and was sort of wondering if this is all there was. Bam in comes hardware!
His deep trax -> Speed Freak (so f'in hot: his best ever, but i cant find it anywhere?), Agony, Bubblegum crisis, his trance acid 2 cd was MAzin!

<> - who could miss these guys, the masters of the goa universe. Many an hour was sublimated in the deep xperience that is astral projection (if that makes any sense)!
Deep trax -> Mahadeva, Searching for UFOs, Nilaya, fly, MANY MORE

<> - Supreme electronic white noise! Warped vocals, basslines, synth0, you name it these guys do it differently... Total respect for staying off the beaten path.
Deep trax -> Snake in the jungle, glowstick nation, Neon, a couple more buried deep in my mind...

<> - Well these guys made one of my all time favorite songs, not only that but they get fuckin Hardcore (pardon my french)! Absolute gods of speedy hardcore techno.
Deep trax -> Dating Rob (hello sweet ass song! if you have never heard it DOWNLOAD IT NOW), brilliant, monestary, acid house, trance on ecstasy, +more!

<> - mp3.com/acidlord .. this guy is far beyond the beaten path, he has a total purity of electronica that few others reach (see: minimilistic hehehe). But I have total respect for this guy, and he also made one of my all time faves.
Mad trax -> warnin this guy is powerful, not for the timid -> Beauty and the Beast (wow, thats all i can say), acid brainwash, everything and nothing, space flow ('nother great one), acid lord theme, acid ... acid this acid that its all good!

<> - Breathtaking DJ, without a doubt the most pure energy anyone on this planet can produce spinning a piece of vinyl - this guy can move galaxies with his amazing skills! I have heard some say he is a little to bangin ... doesnt matter, bangin is how it should be, and this guy goes right to my head and heart.
great trax -> komodo was a goodn, but im in love with this guy for his sets, TE 2000/1, live at van diepens <- Trance Energy mixes in my humble opinion number 1 mixsets of ALL TIME!

K this is gettin long, I'll express myself in a later post, and if anyone knows groups/dj's that match up well with any I have listed here tell me!

P.S. I cant forget oakie or ferry, frankie bones, tommie hansen, dj jean, yves de rutyer (hes hella good), dj irish, dr cox (yes carl), van dyk, van buuren : love ya all, sorry for all those I've missed that have also enriched my life so much... (check my avatar, i drew it myself in corel photopaint10!)

Well,
SonicSatan, sounds like you are off to a pretty good start. instead of posting a bunch of songs, i will just commend you on knowing what you already know. The best way to find good songs on here is to just read the posts... thats how i find a lot of music.
But just so you know, you have to start knowing Tiesto and PvD to make it in these threads, because you have a LOT of rabid PvD and Tiesto fans in here....

BTW - Picotto DOES rule all
