Not really, I made it with my Indigo II 
I don't know the subtractor (well, I know it's a synth in Reason, but I never used it), but I think you can make a similar sound with every synth offering 3 saw oscs and an unison function.
Take 3 detuned saws, set the LP filters full open, set both attack and release to something like 30-40 (on a scale of 0-127), add a little bit of noise and a slightly reverb (since most softsynths don't offer internal effects, you should do this afterwards). Now put the unison function on and set it to 3, 4 or 5 (so you get in fact 9, 12 or 15 detuned saw waves) and set the unison's detune to 127. Now it should sound like the sound you want. To make it more wider/"fatter", record it to an audio track, copy this audio track and put a stereo-delay on the copy, play the copy along with the original and you have a very rich sound
