Channels -> Add one -> Midi Out

copy the notes from the channel you want to export
and paste it in the Midi Out Channel..
then.. just export the midi

THe MIDI out channel can be used to export notes you've sequnced in FL to a standard MIDI. Create the MIDI out track (it's a type of track just like audio) and copy and paste the notes you want into it..
