Here i have two new tracks in somewhat lesser audio quality than i would like to have it in. But anyways give me your oppinions of these two.

Tomas P - Plaything

Firecracker - nice energy and melody 8/10
I like how it fades in and out, wouldn't mind having a copy of this at a higher bit rating.


Plaything - didn't really like this one. Dunno the melody just sounded sort of blah to me.

Listening...

Plaything:
The beat reminds me of Spiller-Groovejet for some reason.
The track jumps straight into the rising bassline too quickly IMO, then the melody comes and doesn't do anything different. This track doesn't really do much else other than repeat that rising melody and while the energy picks up after the breakdown it took far too long to get there and does far too little to remain interesting.

Firecrakcer:
This sounds different. This track sounds by far the stronger of the two. Great energy from this track though it could use more detail in terms of melody and percussion. Better use of Pads would do a lot for this track too IMO. This track is definately a step in the right direction and sounds pretty nice.

Firecracker: The timing was rather weird for me. I could not figure out the melody against the beat through the whole song so that made things a little awkward. Also, the initial synth lines were a little chunky, but work.
Really liked the beat. Nice energy!
Plaything: The melody's nice but it gets rather boring after a few moments, something's not there. I don't know what it is though. Overall it's an OK track though.
