Quite a good singer! On some parts sounds just like the "real one", couldn't tell the difference.

Yeah, you should definitely buy a new mic and remove that static noise with noise reduction. And pleasepleaseplease use that singer again!

Then the track itself... Well, you're just starting off as you said, but so far it's too "DJ Sammyish" for me.

I'm interested in hearing what you come up with.

off dj sammyish.. hafta say that hurts which parts exactly are dj sammyish? he likes offbeat simple basslines.. pathetically simple melodies, and 2-note open chords... none of these are present... lemme finissh it up and have it mixed a bit better, then judge it again

Well, maybe comparing this to DJ Sammy was pushing it a bit...

BUT

The melodies are just too "average" at the moment, those vocals really deserve a killer background.

As I said, I'm interested in hearing what you come up with.

Both.

But you're right, maybe I've just heard too much of vocal trance like this and that's why it seems average.

Now don't get me wrong, it's not THAT BAD at all, it just doesn't "strike me" as I would like it to do, because I really like those vocals (where did you find that singer from?).

Finish it up!

i will definitely agree with you in that vocal trance is normally annoying to me as well, apart from the guys that do it right (ahem above and beyond)...

its strange because djs are already asking me for this to play, i guess no one has remixed it yet officially ...

thanks zero tho, these r things to keep in mind back when i work again on this... i never aim to write a melody that isnt "THAT BAD"

anyone else have any feedback before i continue working this up more?

the delay is too annoying on the vocals and needs to be sorted properly

note to yourself...use the same vocalist , get a better mic and make an oriignal tune

you will win with that combo she has a good voice

uggh dont like the riff in this one too

the piano is nice build on that

this vocalist is the bomb

If only I had those vocal samples
