Re: I believe we need a faq.txt

I have seen several post of obvious newbie's asking legitimate question, only to be replied with "we already coverd that, why don't you search." etc. etc. etc.
Now what I propose is that we do a "FAQ and things you should just know." forum style or text download. The one that is in the forums now doesn't focus on a lot of things that we would assume people know, I just joined trance addicts lately but I think for the mostpart I have been intergrating well, perhaps because I've been into EMD for years. But we have to think of the new guys too. A lot of the knowledge on posting rules, what is relevant posting, what an opionion is, how it needs explaining, calls for further demonstration for the good of the group. As well as where to post it.
What I did thinking I knew everything about the scene was i just read and listen to DJ sets, followed what they talked about, got a vibe of the group, of arguements many that have been repeated over and over that have no answer, and I learned. Then ended up knowing that I knew little about the scene.
Part of the problem is that this site is overloaded with TranceAddicts. The collective intelligence pertaining to trance of all the people on here can overload people just getting into the scene. Maybe I'm all wrong here (because I just got off work, and I'm drunk.) But in my opinion this site needs a revised FAQ, an "I want to get into trance/newbie forrum." Where instead of sayying DJ Sammy sucks why don't you try_____________. I am a jobless vagabond at the moment who has time to do this if anyone is interested, just let me know.
Just my opinion from signing up less than a month ago, If you like it good, if you don't...please kill me.
I do think that a revised FAQ available for download is at the least necessary.
Thanks,
