Good bass.. sounds very clear but the track DEFINITLY has to much treble.. I turned off the EQ and I can still barely stand to listen to it..

the piano is a good idea but I don't really like the composition (talking before the break at 2:15) after that it gets better but still seems a little funny to me and could use some more reverb..

over all really good.. just get rid of all the treble.. I have a headach now

This track is way too predictable for my tastes, I was able to predict (in advance) everything from the overall structure of the piece to the chord progressions used. Not my cup of tea, but the production values aren't too shabby.

Hey rik4000,

I actually like this peice. I do find it a little predictable, maybe a little too much so. But its a great base to start from! I especially like the sythn you used, not for the main melody but the underlying pads. They sound real original to me. As for quality it all sounds great. If this was one of my first song I would be proud. And hey thats a nice bassline (but perhaps too much treb on it as alanzo pointed out - although it didnt over power anything on my system).
So overall, good job. I enjoyed it. Your effects are pretty cool.
One question though: Whyd you title this song "Fear"? The song is very uplifting and sounds almost happy. Just curious.

Take care rik4000,

Hollen

I like the bass riff, but i think the sample is kinda cheesy. OMG, the trebble, the pain! Pretty good percussion . I like the piano. Well, i did for a bit, but it never really changed, so i like it less now. I like the use of unique samples. The lead is a bit cheesy. Not bad, but kinda cheesy. I think you could really use some chords with the the lead; that would make it sound much more rich. nice work
