Open-mind - Enigma variation [Trance] (Matrix remix))

For those who doesn't know the orignal version of this Elgar's track, The meldoy is used in the Matrix movie with a remix o Rob D.
Here is my trance remix:

Pretty awesome sounding bassline, tho it is a bit squaurish.

Wicked synth line just come in, sounds quite hard, tho it could do with some low end.

The percussion is a bit scatty (but I'm guessin thats the sound ur going for)

I don't think this melody goes with trance at all. The chord changes are completely unsuitable.

Nice pads (sampled by any chance?)

I'm still undecided about this track. After the break I think the melody works really really well - it's fits nicely, sounds fantasically uplifting. Before though, I don't think the melody works so well at all - doesn't really flow, and some notes sound out of place.

Apart from that the sounds are very good for a 96k version. Would love to hear this in better quality. (hint)

i like a lot the original theme... last time i heard it i thought "that melody is great, wonder how it would sound in a trance track".
you did it, i'm not disappointed at all...
very good bassline, no problem with the melody for me, as i loved it before !
at the first listen i also heard some notes out of harmony, but i can't find them again now.
Great work i love it, sounds very clear.
