Hey there matey, just popping down my thoughts.....
Very tidy-two style definitely. It's good. Don't like this style too much though I'm afraid but it definitely is good for that kind of trance, although listening to it a second time now it's definitely a grower (I didn't like Dave Holmes - Freedom the first few times through at all, but through exposure I've grown to like it).
I'm noticing the bassdrum somehow - a touch too high up and when the tune is kicking along it doesn't sit with me, just tweak it a little bit, just needs a little something extra I reckon.
When the bass comes in there isn't enough of it - it sounds like you're using a plug to try to get the overall beefy sound. Perhaps go back to source with the bassdrum and bass and get them banging and build your tune around that. Dunno if you've read the ATRC tutorial but what it says in there about sub-bass and layering bass really helps with getting that overall feel of bass even before you get to the mastering stage.
I'm hearing a touch too much master reverb on the track I think. Makes it sound a little bit muddy to my ears.
I like the second riff coming in now but it is a tad squeaky, dunno if that's your resonance or whatever. Like the sample you drop in there.
I like your tune structure and the ideas that you're building - you've laid the track out nicely and fit a lot in the six minutes of the tune.
So, good tune, very much in the Tidy-two vein, I'm just hearing those things I've already mentioned that could perhaps be looked at.
Nice job dude!
