So far I only use PSYN (comes with Project5) and some freebies like Crystal, SuperwaveP8 and Triangle.

I will be buying VANGUARD as well, when the wife is away!
LOL

Superwave p8 - Good for basic pads

Albino - good for basses and little sounds here and so, nothing big.

Es1 (logic) - I use for really basic basses.

Absynth - All I get from this is basic or really weird

V-station - *See Albino*

FM7 - I aint used this ever, cant get anything good with it.

Pro 53 - I use for pads and a patch I made that sounds like BK-Revelution

Z3ta- Only works with PC but its worth the hard work of exporting wav's to the Mac because its the best Trance soft synth ever.

ABL Bassline - THy' 303 emulator.

Atmosphere for pads and most of my leads.
Triangle II for a lot of hook and bass type sounds (for a free VST this is really, really good).
I've used Absynth in the past but don't really play with it much these days. I may start to again though as I'm working on some atmospheric type sounds that would be real easy with Absynth's automation.

I've been playing around with the Vanguard and Minimoog demos quite a bit, I may buy both of them, though more likely the Minimoog first.

i am yet to download any new softsynths, so i use sim synth, 3xosc, and a few others shitty ones. i have only made a few decent variation sounds of these, i guess i don;t really know how to use them.

I have NOTHING to do with that one

Seriously, only begun fiddling with music creation not so long ago (I'm more into the technical side of it as you all know), but I intend to get the theory behind it all too (so I can again help you guys with it ).

So far, z3ta+, Atmosphere and Vanguard seem nice for the "classic" trance stuff. FM7, Absynth and Virsyn Tera/Cube are for the more exotic programmings.

Chip32 is just great for chiptunes (gotta agree, Vanguard has some good waveforms for this too).
