The new System F album is brilliant. If you know any of his songs you know what to expect and he doesn't disappoint. Not only does the album contain his older classics "Out of the Blue" and "Cry" it also has the "Exhale" promo and many NEW tunes. One new song "Soul on Soul" has great vocals from the Marc Almond lead singer from that old 80's band Soft Cell best known for their song "Tainted Love" The track is a bit cheesy but dammit it's GOOD. Many other great new tracks on the album too namely "Elevate" and "Insolation". If you like Ferry Corsten at all you'll love this album, the man is one amazing producer.

It's a nice album surely, but I did not find everything all that great, first of half of the tunes on that album have already been around for a while. So I am assuming most of you have heard half of the album already. I love Needle Juice, Soul on Soul (although this is really cheesy), Exhale, Solstice and that's about it. All the other stuff is either old or really cheesy. I would rate it 3.5/5
Ferry did a nice job on it, but I just can't get into some of the stuff that he makes, even though I love all types of music and not just trance.

Let me know what you guys think about my coments. Also here is the rest of the track listing of the album.

01. Lost In Motion 08:12
02. Indian Summer 05:57
03. Out Of The Blue 03:54
04. Elevate 07:49
05. Insolation 06:44
06. Cry 04:17
07. Needlejuice 06:36
08. Soul On Soul 07:14
09. Exhale 07:11
10. Solstice 03:45
11. Mode Confusion 07:12
12. The Game 04:20
13. Cry Unplugged 05:40

Shame / Disagreement Out Of The Blue

I really don't think that "Out Of The Blue" is good trance music. With this happy melody it's just closing-time-trance...

I think the same ...

Hi Trancer05 !! You heard it before...let's speak English, otherwise we have to go to the Shadowland..).

Yes the Ferry Corsten Album is nothing exciting, heard all the Tracks 1000 Times before in Mixes from Armin or Tiesto and of Course Ferry C. !! I am also a little bit disappointed about the "Mixing" into the next Tune, sometimes it breaks into some seconds Space and then the next one...why didn't he mix the Tunes together...would have been better I think.

Christ... am I the only one to really like System F's new album??? I know it has a lot of old stuff, but it's good old stuff, I consider the track "Out of the Blue" a classic. I think the purpose of the album was more to showcase his production skills rather than his mixing skills but I guess if you didn't like the tracks it doesn't really matter. Oh and Scorpia I don't think the album has been released comercially yet, in fact the last I heard it was coming out in march but it seems to readily available on the net now.

I guess whether FC music is cheesey or not, really depend on much individual taste. Put it squarely, alot of trance music is cheesey in a way, Armin, Fc, Johan or even Tietos all got their fair shares of cheesey tracks. Or someone from Uk may argue tht most europe trance. esp. from NL is cheesey music coz seaman & the lot spin different style of music, & to them thts trance. So for myself, i prefer europe style trance from the likes of Armin, FC, YDR or Marco V..etc.much over the Uk style of seaman, cox , judge..etc..Personally, i think FC new album got a fair share of good music, though not exactly the best i heard, but easily beat alot of other trance albums...As for mine personal best trance album.. the accolades still goes to Armin - Trancematch..though some ppl will say it sound cheesey again..Too bad, i like it alot....
Btw, personal opinion, no flame pls..
