I'd say to him "to each his own". It's none of his business what other people want to do to their own bodies. Sure, society may put pressure on women to look a certain way, but ultimately it's the individual's choice about what they ultimately choose to do.
Furthermore, tell him this is a topic that's not worth debating, so shut the fuck up and move on. If he's averse to implants, so be it, but it doesn't give him a right (or you for that matter) to stand at the pulpit and preach about right and wrong when it comes to breast implants.
Personally, I don't care much for implants--the texture of the titties doesn't appeal to me--and in larger breast cases, they simply look stupid. However, I will always respect a woman's right to choose what she wants to do to her own body, provided it doesn't infringe on someone else's rights.
