good program for changing the pitch of a sound file?

say I need to dj out but the cd players dont have pitch controls what program can I use to take my ripped wavs or mp3s of my cd singles and convert the pitch and bpm so theyre all on one bpm?

All DJ CD players have pitch control. If u're using regular CD players to DJ with...good luck! And pre-beatmatching (alligning the tempos) is a crime!

yeah, I did that for 3 months... And I can guaranty yo, you don't even learn to beatmatch when using only the pitch of the tt...
