SMRQ vs Miniature - I Feel Great *updated*

This track is the culmination of several straight hours of work... I'd love some feedback about it, if you'd all be so kind (BTW, this is like my 4th real trance song).

TRACK: SMRQ vs. Miniature - I Feel Great
LENGTH: 2:06

sounds very "Super Nintendo" style hehe. needs some work and more effects i think. Kick is much too weak, try boosting that a bit, and more perc, and change that horrible nintendo sound lol. bass doesnt really suit the track, maybe try a different bass rythm instead of just one note on each bar. keep workin on it

Don't underestimate the power of the SNES
But really, you should have heard the track before I fixed the synth to sound LESS like a Nintendo! As for the bass, that's always been my weakest point, so I tried to cheat for the time being and use the same Nintendo 3xOsc with different FX. I guess you noticed :P I suppose I will have to change that.

Thanks for the uber-speedy feedback!

I Feel Great v.2

Ok, I've messed with the song a bit, added some more, and I think it sounds much better. It's re-feedback time! Please respond, because if you don't, then you're just a lurker like me.

(The link is the same as above)

Hey smrq,

Youre song real strikes me as funny and enjoyable. Mike's right, sounds like a super nintendo game! Hah!!
Anyway, its fun song. Doesnt try to be serious and I like that.
I dont know if I would dance to this, but I would definitely love to play some Super Mario Kart to this!

Great work,

Hollen

ps... love your logo, fits well with your style in this song.

Yeah, I was kinda just trying to have fun with this song... either that or I suck at "serious" trance
