Are you saying that you have a dj set where the songs at the beginning are low in volume and they get progressively louder as they go.

You could try a simple volume automation in a sequencer or a wave editor. Just get the volume to change with the songs so that it stays level. If this is your mixtape that you plan on handing out though, I would say practise so that you get all the levels right when you are mixing rather than relying on post-mix editing.
