Sorry, that doesn't excuse the fact that they are terrorists and kill innocent people. Also, it's debatable that they are occupied and even if their land is occupied why aren't they trying to overcome this problem with peacefull solutions that value human life?

No, because the Isrealis are innocent and do not support him, but if he was surrounded by a bunch of supporters and other people of his influence then Yes. Also, an argument can be made that it would be justified if and only if killing that leader would save many more people in the long run.
As for the weak arguament of bombing the white house in order to kill the president, well, the president isn't sending suicide bombers into a country to kill innocent people.
