i have had a week which ive never had before.
it has been said that life has its ups and downs.
this week has been a classical down.
ive been struggling with less sleep, more work, failures in academics, and in tests, which ive never done before. adding to that all the anxiety from relationship problems and insecurity and paranoia goin on an all time high all the time + its been so much easier for me to snap and get mad. my girlfriend was pretty tired of my continous bitching about the whole situation too. i realized that i was being very unstable this week. im just so tired. i wish times like this dont last long. and i forgot the sudden backstabbing of some of my "friends". that hurt a lot. this was from weeks before but it still lingers. i usually dont break down but i had a few this week. now that i have 3 days out of 5 days holiday left, i could have more sleep and a "break" that i need from everybody i wish it turns out to be back on track starting this weekend.

im not even sure why i typed all this. and if posting this will help but blah..

i think it helps sometimes.

go for a walk in the woods alone. that helps me sometimes.
