Why I love trance and hate house
I love trance because of its beautiful complex melodies. Trance is innovative, forward thinking, and engulfing music. Trance makes me want to jump up and down, clench my fists, and pump them faster then I can fist bukakke whores. Trance makes me cry. When I listen to trance I can't help but imagine the oceanwaves crashing across my chest, the birds flying in the air, and the happy people all jumping in unison to the driving complex bassline that trance produces. Trance has top quality producers and dj's such as tiesto, avb, ferry, and pvd.
Now let me tell you what I hate...
I completely utter hate house. House is scouse. It's shit. I don't understand people that listen to house. House has no melody, its not complex at all, and it certainly has no driving bleeping and blooping synths that Trance has. House has been in the same state for years. There has been no "progression" in house. House songs are definetly not innovative or foward thinking. I can make a house song in like 2 seconds. When I listen to house, I can't enjoy myself because I can't jump and pump my fists in the air. I mean, who needs to dance anyways? Dancing is overrated. People tell me house is about letting lose and feeling the groove. What groove is there? House beats are so played out its not even funny. The pads in house music has been in a state of depression in years. Trance; however, the music is always changing.
