Read some of the Expanded Universe novels. These all take place after Return of the Jedi and I swear that George Lucas would make VASTS amount of money if he made some of these into movies because not many people know that there's SO MUCH more that happens after all of the movies are said and done. I'd recommend the Thrawn Trilogy, the Hand of Thrawn Duology, and the entire New Jedi Order series. To find these books, just pick up an official Star Wars novel and flip through the few first pages. You should find a graph of the entire Star Wars timeline dating back to before Episode I all the way to 25-30 years after Return of the Jedi. Happy reading!
