"Who's in the house?"

A later hard trance tune from 2001-2002....A guy's saying what I believe is "who's in the house" repeatedly over some screamin sirens and a drum beat...as the tracks builds he says his line even faster than comes to a stop...theres a scream, the sirens become more intense and the bass starts pounding.
